Refund policy

At SmartVoria.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging when possible. To start a return, please contact us at LuisRussell8670@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
